Carrying my grandparents' legacy forward is not just a mission but an emotional journey. Keeping their treasured dishes and traditions alive is something I do with pride and joy. It's my time to give back using my own tools and I approach it with passion and a modern, open mindset.
With lililoveskosher, my goal is to bridge the gap between trendy Mediterranean dishes and the timeless, simple beauty of Ashkenazi cuisine. Kosher food isn't something mysterious. It's clean, delicious and a wonderful way to learn to appreciate both the art of cooking with meet, seasonal vegetables and the cultural significance of mindful eating habits.
